The main areas of activity of the Organization:
- provision of advisory, methodical and organizational assistance to young scientists of Ukraine in scientific, research, teaching, inventive and other activities;
- representation and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of young scientists in state authorities, local self-government, scientific and public associations;
- preparation and holding of seminars, round tables and conferences of young scientists of Ukraine, as well as other scientific events (creative reports, debates, competitions, etc.), facilitating the organization of meetings of young scientists with leading Ukrainian and foreign scientists;
- organization of collection and distribution of scientific, technical, organizational and other information that meets the Organization's goals, is not limited by current legislation and does not contradict the procedure for collection, distribution and publication of information established in Ukraine;
- organizing the participation of young scientists in competitions for winning state and foreign prizes, scholarships, grants, exhibitions of works and other incentive measures to stimulate scientific research of young scientists;
- organization of collection and dissemination of information about funds that offer grant support to young scientists, including young scientists with disabilities;
- taking measures to ensure equal conditions in the scientific activity of disabled people;
- preparation of special informational and scientific materials, development of software for creative development and activities of young scientists with disabilities;
- creating the necessary conditions that enable disabled people to effectively exercise the rights and freedoms of a young scientist and conduct full-fledged scientific activity in accordance with individual capabilities, abilities and interests;
- participation in state and international programs to support young scientists with disabilities;
- support for initiatives aimed at attracting and securing young scientific personnel to the system of scientific institutions, institutions and organizations of Ukraine;
- promoting the establishment of closer ties between the older and younger generations of scientists of Ukraine in order to ensure the inheritance of positive experience in scientific activity, preservation and development of scientific schools;
- promoting the personality formation of a young scientist as a researcher, a modern scientist, an inventor with a progressive outlook;
- organization of cooperation between young scientists of Ukraine and other domestic and foreign scientific institutions and specialists for the purpose of studying best practices in scientific research;
- organization of cooperation between young scientists of Ukraine and other domestic and foreign student, youth, public, charitable organizations with the aim of studying their experience and improving the effectiveness of their own activities;
- promotion of qualification and professional level improvement of young scientists of Ukraine;
- publication of the results of scientific research of young scientists of Ukraine, implementation of preliminary examinations of scientific works of young scientists;
- promoting the dissemination (implementation) of the results of scientific research of young scientists;
- assistance in solving social problems of young scientists, volunteering, etc.
